These Terms and Conditions govern the employment and training relationships at SV5 Academy (“the Academy”). By accepting employment or a training role at the Academy, you agree to abide by the following terms:
• Offer of Employment: Employment or training with SV5 Academy is subject to the conditions outlined in your employment or training contract.
• Roles and Responsibilities: You are expected to perform the duties outlined in your contract to the best of your abilities.
• Confidentiality: Employees and trainers are expected to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, student data, and any other confidential information they may encounter during their employment.
• Professional Behavior: Employees and trainers are required to behave professionally with students, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
• Attendance and Punctuality: Regular attendance and punctuality are mandatory. Repeated absence without notice may result in disciplinary action.
• Dress Code: Employees and trainers are expected to maintain a professional appearance while working.
•Work Equipment: Any resources (e.g., computers, teaching materials) provided by the Academy must be used solely for work-related purposes.
• Internet Use: Employees and trainers must not use the Academy’s internet access for inappropriate content or unauthorized activities.
• Voluntary Termination: Employees and trainers may terminate their employment by providing written notice as per their contract.if leave job sudden without prior notice.
• Involuntary Termination: The Academy reserves the right to terminate employment for reasons including, but not limited to, misconduct, poor performance, or violation of these terms.
Any materials or content created by employees and trainers in the course of their work at SV5 Academy remains the intellectual property of the Academy, unless otherwise stated in your contract.
Failure to comply with the terms set out in this document may result in disciplinary action, including suspension, termination, or other legal action as deemed necessary by the Academy.
Employees and trainers must comply with all health and safety regulations set by the Academy to ensure a safe working environment.
The Academy reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be communicated to employees and trainers through the internal portal or email.
